Hi! I'm Tiffany, a product designer with a background in psychology, marketing, and e-commerce. I’m focused on results—from years of success in collegiate tennis to launching American and Chinese brands in China—and I worked backwards from there to focus on designing. Through empathy, design thinking and with the design tools I learned over at Designation, I’m dedicated to solving complex problems that improve lives and transform the way we interact with our environment and with each other.

Currently I live in the Chicagoland area where you'll find me teaching, spending time with my dog and three cats, and planning my next trip to see family in San Jose and Taipei.
